Client Responsibility for Cargo Preparation.

Clients must ensure cargo is properly packed, labelled, and ready for transport prior to pickup.

 

Exclusion of Liability for Improper Packaging.

N2N Services will not be liable for goods damaged during transportation if it is due to improper packaging by the client.

 

Client Responsibility for Permits and Clearances.

Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary permits and clearances for their cargo when required.

 

Refusal of Prohibited or Undisclosed Goods.

N2N Services reserves the right to refuse transport of prohibited or hazardous materials not disclosed at the time of booking.
